Then why did the SEC want SPNG to restate their audited 10's? Perhaps because those 'audited 10's' weren't telling the truth.

When were the 10's audited? they have been unaudited... Thats why it took so long...

There has been people that had an e-mail conversation with mosko even though the SEC has the AUDITED 10's, mosko kept saying the OS is still 722m (?). If the SEC have the 10's why is mosko still saying its 722?
