CONSIDER REVERSE SPLIT

GMXS.PK initiated reverse split of 200 to 1 going from 900.000,000 shares to 4,500,000. It appears that a reverse split along with cancellation of at least a portion of the Authorized but Unissued shares would put CGFIA more in the ballpark on share count.
