river.... Sorry for the confusion, but I contacted ZECCO to either confirm or disprove my theory. They confirmed it. They said, the MM’s have to ability to buy the sold shares .0003, then trade them internally, which allows them to mark them up, because of the risk involved. Other words, the sells that are going through at .0003 are being picked up by MM’s then potentially resold to others at .0004. That why we are having a tough time getting the few .0003’s that are out there.

not sure if I understand what you mean....with the Bid at 3 and ask at 4, you'll never see any "buys" at 3, the buy and sell classification follows a simple rule:
if the bid is 3 and ask at 4, ANY trade at 3 will show up as a sell and ANY trade at 4 will show up as a buy.
If the bid was 4 and the ask was 4...ALL trades would go under the ? mark.
If the bid is 3 and ask is 5, any trade at 4 would go under ? mark, trades at 3 show up as sell and trades at 5 show up as buys.

Has anyone noticed the sells going at .0003, but no buys have taken place at that level. I think the MM's are taking the .0003's then matching them with the .0004's to make additional profit.... any thoughts?
