The problem here goes deeper than the funding which I believe still can be accomplished, the problem that I see is funding ongoing operations of the acquisitions and continued funding to Tigerfish and Mineseeker. This will likely drive Dean to raise the AS very shortly, unless he's got shares stashed away, but I seriously doubt it.

Good fight and I have no doubt that Dean is trying, but in his desperation to get this funded, he's now backed himself into a corner that lead me to no other conclusion that an increase in the AS.
