The terms of the agreements provide that Cytta Corp. will be a non-exclusive value added reseller of MedApps Medical Remote Patient Monitoring products in certain designated states and territories. Additionally, through its joint venture relationship with MHIMS, Cytta Corp. and MHIMS will be providing comprehensive systems implementation and integration of the MedApps proprietary medical monitoring technology in the Medical Home. Their clients will consist of payors and providers, such as: Health Plans, Managed Care Organizations, Health Delivery Organizations, Medical Groups and IPAs.
All the parties will be working closely together over the next few weeks to develop seamless integration models designed to meet the needs of particular clients. An integrated rollout plan will be developed as well as a series of unified presentations.
We at Cytta Corp. see the MedApps technology as a unique and integral part of this coordinated care process. By delivering healthcare information 'in the moment,' healthcare practitioners can provide healthcare services appropriately regardless of where their members live. What this means is that when a member is measuring his or her own blood pressure or blood glucose or weight, this information can be sent instantaneously to the healthcare provider so that medical decisions can be made to provide treatment.
It is crucial that members in rural areas, where it is difficult to get to see a doctor, have the ability to transmit their data so that care can be delivered immediately. Medical information 'in the moment' to make better decisions, is the future of healthcare and Cytta Corp. is positioned to provide that vehicle.
We at Cytta Corp. are continuing in our mission to position ourselves to be ahead of the curve on healthcare reform and look forward to partnering with newly formed Accountable Care Organizations to provide better and faster care to its members utilizing the concept of an individualized coordinated care process.
