This is only an opinion but, I'm guessing that the note holders who have sold the large blocks of stock to Sloane were not willing to take less than the stated Div at .0035, and because insiders know that the div is going to be so much higher it was well worth it to buy up as much stock as possible..lol...it keeps the money at home!!
