That's a good question !
I know we must follow the "money" to get the answer.

What ever they're doing, they make more money doing it this way.

It could be as simple as, sell assets to show a better Q return of there own ?

It's sure clear, there are better reason for them to sell now vs. waiting for a higher pps ?
