of course he would have to put up cash to buy into the market...However, what seems to be the discrepancy is this 'float' of 74B whereby the 'implication is that a large number like 20B can even be bought in the open market at current levels...If you are not implying that, that is fine, but the person that I was originally corresponding with did indeed imply that and I do not think that is possible...
