I totally agree, no reverse split. It does not work, kills value, maybe never to recover. Just to big of a gamble.
That leaves us with a few choices.

*Negotiate with Manutuck to purchase the shares back. Guarantee a price at a future time, and secure that offer with assets today.

*Borrow the money, .001 X 98,000,000 = $980,000.00, Take part of this $15,000,000 recently borrowed, and pay the bill.
I believe this would be best.

You are exactly correct, they will drive this price down through any good news, or even Q returns. This is the real problem, not the lack news.
