I will agree that you first brought up substantive consolidation on the board however I do not agree that you ever posted that the LBHI Creditors (Classes 3, 4, 6, 7, 8) would benefit by voting down the Disclosure Statement since they would have a higher recovery under substantive consolidation.

I remember doing a lot of reading and studying of the disclosure statement before I posted my findings as I just stated above.

If you were really a supporter of substantive consolidation as you claim then why did you tell - quite often - the Equity Holders to sell their shares after the POR was filed? The Equity Holders would benefit equally with the CTs under substantive consolidation.

Please inform us as to WHY, after all the "reading and studying" you did, how do you come up with "The Equity Holders would benefit equally with the CTs under substantive consolidation"?

I suggest you continue your "reading and studying".

I told "certain" individuals to sell equity. Yes, that is true. Please also note that the equities traded substantially higher than it is now. Did help those individuals? May be, may be not, however, I did save them from major red in the their accounts.

If they feel like they would like to reenter equity at a lower price than where they exited, then please feel free. I have always said, the "true lotto are the CTs". High risk, high return.

Have a nice day! = D
