Well, it's not an enthusiast board. It looks to only have 2 memory sockets and only two regular PCI slots. In short it looks like cost and size were the design criteria.

Given that it is Nforce4, it is in my opinion the best chipset around.

I have no experience or opinion about foxconn though.
