jerle, i think they are waiting on the economic implosion so they can say they cant pay. why is 37 trillion dollars missing in treasury? govt is moving money offshore because they know the ecomomy is worse than they are letting on to the american people. this govt needs to be replaced in whole. they are all thieves and corrupt!
