if they dont open it for sale then no one can buy. when i orig bought my 10,000, initially the price was 1.00 ask on the board. i called in to see why it didnt fill and they said the "actual" price was 3.25. i had been sitting on published price for 3 days with no fill. now i know why. i told them if they didnt fill the order i was going to send in a complaint because the published ask must be filled. and not 3 hours later i was filled. these stocks are golden. why do they only open it up sporatically? if a stock is in bk and mm's get paid on volume and you're not trading? why? because they know what these stocks are worth. and whenever lehman is published it is published with the common stock symbol only, most of the time . alot of people do not know the prefs are available or are just not in the know about them. funny how articles come out on lehman about barclays misinforming the judge about the aquisition and the stock goes to 3+. my opinion the ball is starting to roll. jaime dimon just threw barclays under the bus for misinformation prior to sell....forgetting the fact jpmorgan cut them at the knees 17billion to cut off liquidity. and then gifted lehman to barclays for a song. this is NOW a globally generated criminal case to strip the american people's wealth. and i hope the criminals pay!!! madoff has nothing on jaime dimon. stealing solvent wamu then cutting the jugular of lehman and walk away free? i guess so, since this was the crisis needed to get BO elected. 5 points down against mccain then win the white house? GENERATED ECONOMIC CRISIS TO DESTROY AMERICA. and guess why they are protecting teflon dimon?
