I am suprised some still dont get it. With the R/S, Now when they issue shares lets say one million. they will get allmost two million in financing. Insted of having to issue hundreds of million of shares at sub penney. that kind of money could launch Gaurdian, stakeing claims for Auric, stage one and two,and to pay off bad debt.Which I think is the next big thing that needs to be done. It get use out of penney stock status, which no one wants to handle any more. Some of you may not no this the good Doctors salary has been deferred for a long time now, and has been paid with company stock. Yes the same stock that you and I own.
