Currently, the Company is funding operations through loans made by various entities.
The Issuer will continue to fund the operations of the Company in this way until the
negotiations currently underway in Chile are complete, at which time the Company intends to
file a registration form with the Securities and Exchange Commission and begin to raise capital
through the sale of its common stock.
