Hmmm, down 16% on high volume. Bob's pr machine must have malfunctioned. C'mon Bob, how's those permits coming along?

Ahh, I think I found a clue. This from his Jun 17th release..."that the company has cleared a project office site next to the mine and will begin cleaning and widening roads in and around the mining site next week."

My best guess is the broom probably broke, thus delaying yet another project.
