All you got was a PR about intentions. No details. No facts.
A list of things they are doing.
When some of these things get completed, details, parcels - production numbers, new CEO etc. or any of these,,, that is when it will move.


They won a case - retired some shares and it went from .003 to .017. In between it jumped all the way up to the .06.
If they had followed up with numbers - new CEO's name then,,, it would be at .10 to .20. Specifics got it to move from .003 to .017-.02,, and new details move it higher. Rumors won't do it.
