IfA this company has great potential why is it still in the gutter ?

I just invested into this pip dream mins ago and still have a lot of dd to do on this one.

I know this has the potential - energy - to go etheir way so i think i am prepared to accept the outcome but...

Can someone bring me up to speed. Would greatly appreciated.
