As several posts have pointed out, success in setting up the equity committee is an uphill battle, which can always use additional support. Those who have taken small positions in MESAQ of 1000 shares or less may believe that their participation is not important. That is so wrong. It's not just the number of shares that count, but also the number of shareholders.

Those that argue cases are never sure which argument will be the one that's critically important in swaying the judge or jury. In this case, having support from those who hold fewer shares may be the pivotal consideration.

So please support establishment of the EC.
