The media is not concerned with the details of the business arrangement. The reason we can praise the media is because they are exposing and advertising the store to CUSTOMERS. Most customers don't care about the business arrangement either, and, frankly, I don't care if the customers care as long as they are spending money at the store. Not everything is directed to investors because a successful company needs to be, yep you guessed it, CUSTOMER oriented. That notion may be alien to some here because most pinksheet companies direct everything to investors due to the simple fact that they don't have any customers to worry about.

All IMO of course.
