I'm not waiting for a PR today. I am waiting for the buyback to begin. My thought are some people will sell as the day goes on. However, the buyback is the signal that:

the share count will drop significantly.
the funding (part or full) is complete.
mineseeker and other deals are completed.

Then we wait for the UN results to see how great our product works.
