It's obvious he is still living in the past and reluctant to accept the fact that Babkie is working hard to take us to the future, question is....will he be able to accomplished that goal? No one can answer that till time arives for Babkie to release PR stating
"sorry but i have done everything that i could and we didn't get contract" or "Congratulations everyone and to those that were willing to wait and had confidence in me, thank you and i'm happy to announce that we have signed contracts with following retailers"

In the meantime i'm not going to sweat it.I have been holding for so long that few more months won't make any difference.I do have the ability to endure waiting and i'm sure there is more here that have same ability.
One thing is for sure (and i hate to keep on repeating same thing) but why would anyone want to put all that money in so many commercials without thinking that there is no chance of succeeding. Babkie wouldn't do that if he wasn't making significant progress.
