Is this $50m subject to any adjustments due to it just being a restructured deal


Ariad actually received $69mm. The additional $19mm reimbursed Ariad for the cost of ridaforolimus development from January through April 2010 - which more than covers another quarters burn. Of course, if ridaforolimus meets its endpoint, the company will be able to tap $65mm in milestones payments in 2011. If rida doesn't meet its endpoint, I'd think an AP534 partnership would solve that problem.
