Here is some great DD for you guys. I know the Cyberport meetings were only emailed to folks as they are going to continue in Hong Kong in the next few weeks per the email(can't wait for the PR on the results). But it seems to have a meeting with Mark O. Clift is considered to be a key event per the Washington Post! Plus, it confirms Mark was in the US the first week of June meeting with folks.

Per Washington Post:

Other events of note:

MONDAY JUNE 7

The Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce's International Business Council is sponsoring an information session on the new Cyberport digital center in Hong Kong at 5 p.m. at HSBC's offices in McLean. Mark O. Clift, the chief operating officer of Cyberport, a $2 billion Hong Kong government initiative to create a major technology hub, will talk about the opportunities for U.S. companies.

Per email:

Recently our CEO, Kuni Misawa had a meeting with Mark O. Clift, COO of Cyberport, www.cyberport.hk, in Los Angeles on June 3rd, 2010. Cyberport is a HK$15.8 billion (US$2 billion) landmark project managed by Hong Kong C yberport Management Company Limited and wholly owned by the Hong Kong SAR Government. Focusing on enterprise and professional development, Cyberport helps commercialize creative ideas and incubate start-ups. To help develop human capital and market, the Cyberport IncuTrain Centre collaborates with various organizations and platforms internationally to provide entrepreneurs with technology, training opportunities, business matching and networks support.
Cyberport is Hong Kong's unique Creative Digital Community, with a considerable scale and size of tenant mix. Cyberport is home to an energetic community of ICT and creative digital content tenants who enjoy synergies from co-locating with each other. Interco nnected by a state-of-the-art broadband network, the Cyberport community is home to four grade-A intelligent office buildings, a five-star design hotel, a retail entertainment complex and about 2,800 deluxe residences.
Cyberport is a hybrid of public ownership and commercial operation. Cyberport has the public missions to create a strategic cluster of quality ICT and ICT related companies so as to spearhead the development of the digital media & lifestyle and related industry in Hong Kong.
Our management plans to visit Cyberport in Hong Kong to discuss further.
