100,000,000 shares is enough to create a significant price per share deterioration. That dilution is not insignificant considering the "reported float".

Compound that with all the other issues the company is having (technical or otherwise) and the pps momentum on a downtrend and this was JUST, if NOTHING else, piss poor timing on mngmts part (and from what I have witnessed lately, what else is new?).

The part that puzzles me is WHY THE SUDDEN NEED FOR CASH? The most positive spin they could put on this relates to a spokesperson signing (and it better be VERY VERY GaGa good); otherwise, shouldn't they have already had the financing (a la Spire) and their business plan?

The timing of this is disturbing. Then, add the quality of PR's they trot out every week,...they couldn't remember to tell shareholder of this in advance instead of us having to have the TA on speed dial? Something just isn't right here & they are not doing a good job so far,...pps will continue down unfortunately without answers. How many shares are left still?....And how much more is there to come???
