Why do they need an O/S increase is they have 10Million Dollars from SPIRE? If their projections are what they say ~$11Million w/in a year, why not do all you can to ensure your timelines? Why do they change so frequently?

If they needed more financing, or something happened to the original financing plans (positive or negative) whey haven't we heard about it before-hand? See, what mystifies me with CEO's is that, in some small ways, they seem to believe that shareholders will not find these things out (or simply do not care if and when they do) which ultimately impacts the pps and damages their credibility. Which then makes me question if they are a legitimate AND THE aspiring/growth enterprise they want us to believe they are!!
