FBI now knows why SpongeTech told Celia "SHUT UP".

Finally!

Mr. Strickland LETTER to Judge Irizarry is ABSOLUTELY SUPERB.

Very articulate, objective, and to the point: http://www.scribd.com/doc/33716501/Letter-to-Judge-Irizarry-by-Shareholder-Michael-Strickland-Filed-Jun-29-2010

Judge Lamar Davis acknowledge document depicting Rosalind Nathaniel wrongful conduct, and reports the previously ordered Chapter 11 trustee for DICON (you know, that decision he took IN A HURRY **WITHOUT** hearing BOTH sides ***PROPERLY***)

Now FBI understand why Mr. Metter told "SHUT UP" to Wayne Celia now.

Tell Judge IRIZARRY that ROSALIND NATHANIEL **CONTRACT** EXPIRES on June 30.

And right after you told her, ask Judge: "Ms. IRIZARRY, do you believe in COINCIDENCES?!!"

Tell Judge Irizarry there are DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEES behind this.

Tell to Judge that this is filed ***BLACK ON WHITE on SEC WEB SITE*** that her contract expires on June 30 -> http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1201251/000114420409037511/v154860_ex10-1.htm

"...Rosalind Nathanial

Dear Rosalind:

This is a compensation arrangement between Rosalind Nathanial and Dicon Technologies LLC (the "Company"), effective July 1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2010...
"

Wayne Celia brought DICON on the verge of COLLAPSE.

He stiffed his Aquamatrix colleagues, and BANKRUPT Aquamatrix + got DICON into a $4 million lawsuit, and MAXED OUT $2.5 MILLION FINANCIAL HOLE with Wachovia bank.

ALL COURT PROVED now -> http://ia360702.us.archive.org/6/items/gov.uscourts.gasb.251301/gov.uscourts.gasb.251301.17.0.pdf

http://www.scribd.com/doc/33430634/Litigation-Complaint-122107

FBI were gullible and believed WAYNE CELIA!!!

What another bunch of JUNIORS.

I hate all of this.

Normal citizens have to go over all their agencies own work and give them slaps on the hands to show them: bad young boys, you listen to strangers and you did a bad job, now start again and do your job correctly this time.

Mr. Metter has been ***WAY MORE POLITE*** with vicious Wayne Celia than most manager would have been.

Vicious people deserve the MOST rudeness.

Mr. Metter was way too gentle on Wayne Celia with his polite "SHUT UP"

It looks like Mr. Metter should have told "SHUT UP" to other people too.

SPONGETECH attacked by ROSALIND NATHANIEL (DICON controller who thought she was the "big boss")

What a specimen! She CLOSED DICON accounts on May 5! Can you imagine the MESS this does with vendors, wire transfers, payments, etc.

She will have to answer questions from me, the owner of shares of the company she works for.

This is a CLEAR CUT CASE of Rosalind Nathaniel + Wayne Celia SABOTAGE of DICON.

Their former "baby" which they're unable to accept, was totally MISMANAGED by them up to COLLAPSING point with $2.5 MILLION debt.

If you do tell that person who to pay and not to pay, do
you think that person may have informed Celia?

Hi Mr. Moskowitz, is Wayne Celia (and/or his son) a disgruntled
former employee representing a danger for DICON future with
SpongeTech?
