theatticnite1, just wanted to see if anyone here knows anything about ZVTK.
The husband/ wife team of Tarun Mendiratta and Annette Hunter.
The non-employee of ZVTK has made the impact on investors and potential investors through the commercials and the infamous interview. This while husband pays Stockegg et al hundreds of thousands of $$$ to promote ZVTK while selling the shares ZVTK is contracted to give Interstellar Holdings at .0001 from .002 all the way up to .015 and all the way back down to .0012. 1,200%- 15,000% daily profits from selling stock. 2,717,055,300 of ZVTK's 3,040,618,507 shares outstanding have passed through their hands into those invested in this stock. The SEC filings show that as of March 31, 2010 they were owed $597,289 and were negotiating for better terms. $597,289 converted at .0001 would be 5,972,890,000 worth of new dilution which exceeds current Authorized Shares by a great amount. That $597,289 would convert to over $7 million at today's closing price. Imagine the $$$ made when PPS was .008-.015. Also realize the need to maintain interest in the stock through promotion and possibly paying for the ads. The money is not made selling the bulbs because ZVTK does not make money selling bulbs. It is about selling the story.

Now, here is where it gets interesting. Mendiratta is about to go to prison for previous stock indiscretions and tax concerns;

Bottom line is that a company must have enough stock available to cover its debt obligation or they will have to increase O/S or Reverse Split to comply. The other issue is the non-filings with the IRS and not paying required sales tax that are probably more pressing issues.
