Market went down 268 points(-2.68%) but MDGC gained 9.37% so who is the stock promoter this time……………. ?

In 2008 Beacon Equity was the stock promoter the stock went down from 3.00 to .07 = -2.93

2009 PSC the stock went down .12-.012

2010 who is now............??? .012-.000.?
