,,,the grapvine chat has always been that DFCT got a raw deal getting kicked off the Nasdaq,,,when in fact ( flawed document disclosures or not ) ,,,the net asset value of the company more than met nasdaq requirements,,,,,,the facts are that nasdaq kicked DFCT off the nasdaq because the made no effort to comply with the sarbanes-oxley new rules of corporate governance,,( they are now in compliance with that regulation )

,,the purpose of this "special" shareholder meeting is to fix the legal flaws of the original reorganization last March,,,,,,,
once that is completed on friday,,,,the whispers are; that Nasdaq will be satisfied and "RE list" DFCT and give them a period of time to get their stock back over a dollar,,( no need to have a 4 dollar stock as required for initial listing )

Nice Rumor ,,is it possible ,, YES,,,,(they have very influential new york lawyers now),,,will it happen,,,,we will find out soon enough!!!!! the effort to effect this strategy is ongoing !!!!!
