Opinion: What we might expect in next PR

This is my opinion and my opinion only.

After re-reading the last PR several times carefully; this is what I think we could expect from the next PR:

Based on how the PR was worded; I would not fully expect the name of the distributor to be revealed in the next PR. It is possible that they will disclose that info; Lord knows the shareholders probably rang their phone off the hook after the last PR.

To disseminate information within the channels of a major distributor MIGHT take longer than a week; MAYBE.

IF the name ISN`T disclosed in the next PR; I wouldn`t want folks to panic and say that there isn`t a distribution agreement.

FIRST:

"As stated in a previous press release, the Shareholder's Conference Call with the CEO will be announced to the public no later than Friday, July 2, 2010."

We have been told that we will be told the date of the conference call by Friday July 2nd. The next PR could come before then or even after market close on Friday; so shareholders; current and prospective have the holiday weekend to review the information.

Personally; I feel that there is a POSSIBILITY that we will have to wait for the conference call to learn the name of the distributor. My opinion. I won`t panic or be surprised if we have to wait until then.

NEXT:

"HFBG's new partner will be receiving its initial installment of product from the production run that is scheduled to take place the week of June 28th."

This sentence actually tells us that a production run of beverages will occur this week; and that our new partner will receive their initial shipment at sometime after that. Company could update us on if the shipment run was on time and completed.

THEN:

"The amount of product required to support a network of this magnitude will require multiple productions in multiple locations nationally."

AND:

"In addition we are in negotiations to secure the services of a production facility on the West Coast to complement the production facility we currently contract with on the East Coast."

I am more inclined to think that we will get a better clarification of the preceding sentences in the next PR. My expectation would be an update on the West Coast production facility negotiations.

ALSO:

"As stated in a previous press release, the Shareholder's Conference Call with the CEO will be announced to the public no later than Friday, July 2, 2010. At that time the exact topics to be discussed will be outlined in detail. Included in the upcoming Press Release concerning the Conference Call will be details addressing the Company's Buyback Share Program which was announced in a previous statement to the shareholders."

In the next PR we should expect to receive details of a share buyback program. In my opinion this is a biggie; since the introduction of a considerable amount of new shares supposedly occured after the last press release. Also since shareholders are questioning whether there can even BE a share buyback during a time that the Company is supposedly raising capital for production and delivery of the beverages.

In summary; this is my opinion of some of the things we could possibly expect from the next PR. I feel that we shouldn`t base our expectations SOLELY on the release of the name of the national distributor; although I am just as curious as the rest of you.
