The one factor that holds me here is a study of the EC people and organizations. Do some digging and you find some very professional private investor groups with a very good record for turnaround investments. These people have experience at this and are taking a very professional approach to the court.

I can see the young investor is very nervous. Well join the crowd. In the usual movie script though - the nervous new recruit jumps up in the middle of the firefight to run for the rear and is shot in the back - dead. Of course sometimes the old veterans are wiped out in a sudden surge at the front lines .. but the dead rookie is much more common.
