That's strange that there wouldn't be enough shares available to fill a 150,000 share buy order. Why would that be?

Also, how is it possible that the O/S is over 1 billion shares when there were 500 million that were restricted? Is the authorized "public" FLOAT gone? If it's gone why are we only at .0035?
