Isn't it ironic you are asking about disclosures when you did not disclose your relationship with BEHL when you were here pumping them? If I recall correctly, the certificate for your restricted shares for services rendered was not posted until Dennis Fisher said there was no way they would release your restricted shares before the year period was up.

Maybe the PPS would rise if you gave Fisher the time to get work done instead of pestering him about your restricted shares. How many times a week do you inquire if he's ready to give up on the defamation and slander game? All over 500,000 shares? That's only 2,500 right now.
