If computers laugh than that would get a chuckle. I believe the programs take into consideration TA points to fake the masses. Those TA formulas were generally derived before modern program trading. They work enough to sell books and subscriptions. I noted JMurph didn't say when the new lows would hit, or whether to expect a rally to new highs before. Give a price or a time but not both :)
