NO DILUTION GOING ON! I just called Ken Glynn. There is NO DILUTION GOING ON! Ken told you a couple different scenarios that could be going on and NONE OF THEM WERE DILUTION!

Cornell(sp?) converted $36,000 of shares debt recently. THIS WOULD NOT CAUSE DILUTION!

Either you misunderstood him, or MANIPULATING WHAT HE TOLD YOU, or honestly don't know what your doing. I'm saying the second of the 3.
