I've always said that an open market buyback is something im against. I truly believe that either 2 things have happend:

1.Those involved bought all the dillution, thus the float is locked and we dont need a buyback

2.~500M shares could've been picked up from this dillution and will be offered to Dean at a premium.


We all know there wont be any shares below a dime when we get the money, so a market buyback is not something that would work.
