What is interesting about the volume the past few days is the heavy morning flow but the PPS does not rise significantly. Perhaps this screams of someone holding down the PPS. Dean did say the buyback would start in July. However he or his friends may be buying, the buy back may have started, or it's just a series of strange coincidences and others buying. IMO You pick you scenario.
