As a newbie in investing, particularly with EVXA, I would like to say thanks to those of you who contribute to this board. I have learned quite a bit over the last few weeks from reading your posts.

If/when it is announced that EVXA has obtained a contract for part/most/all (=D) of the gulf cleanup, how quickly will our stock react? Sorry if this seems like a dumb question, just trying to learn....
