OK you brought this up so we know we have a good foundation on the medical record side..
But this Favrille thing, I know little about and there is nada in the I box that really helps. so maybe you can fill in the
gaps that i miss here... thanks
Favrille, Inc., grew to 150 employees and a full scale manufacturing operation for the production of a patient-specific vaccine against non Hodgkin's lymphoma.
In May of 2008 results from the pivotal phase 3 trial of Specifid failed to demonstrate clinical utility and John P. Longenecker led the downsizing and eventual merger of Favrille with My Medical Records Information Systems Inc,(www.MyMedicalRecords.com.) in early 2009.
Ok so why the turn around what has happend to bring this " Specifid " back to the forefront?????
Because if i understand right the specifid did failed to demonstrate clinical utility,, ie. the good did not out weigh the bad... ok..
and heck this may not even be the stuff we are looking into here...
So what do you think why do you think they updated the project..
In my reading I see that there is something about the time line of the vaccine that could change the results.. But heck I am not a bio type investor at all my VRML win was a lark in the dark but I would really like to see if we have some folks on the board who may have some real info that we can start digging into..
Thanks
