You are correct this is an eco friendly system and is the one that can save the marsh lands. I was watching the news last night and a mayor of a coastal town stated she has asked what is the delay and the answer was, "we have more oil then boats." That is a severe problem along with the fact that Obama Gate delay for intervention has caused more damage then at this time can be controlled. Hopefully Biden who is a hot head but will do something will get disgusted and speed the process of up. Either way I believe it will be decades before the gulf is restored if ever.
