No....just "imagine" how folks sound by how they write.... It's a funny thing...wonder how the "immediate voice messages" are doing? I would think not as well as we might imagine.

The really great thing about the written message is that we can pick it up whenever we have time....for instant voice, not always is it convenient to listen right at that minute... Now the recorded messages (like recorded conference calls) is a little different....again, we can hear those when it is convenient...

I personally have found though that the written message is better for me....I have a chance to think about the reply, and then receive your next thought, and respond to that...while in a actual voice message, you have to either write notes while you are listening, or just not get all the thoughts down so as to respond....
