This stock probably will retract even further tomorrow...

Maybe...maybe not. There may be some retail sellers that bail, but the filing info was available last Fri. to the MM's to digest. It showed up on the Sunbiz site as being filed (some of us spotted it and commented on it)...it was only today that the pdf file became available via the web...but anybody with connections could have got that info from the hard copy last Fri with some real footwork.

If it was really damaging info, you would have seen this thing get hammered the last two trading days, especially new short positions by the MM's.

You can tell by the volume that there has been no dilution going on. Just because the company can now dilute more, doesn't necessarily mean they will. They just have more options now. They can issue stock for asset purchases, and that stock can be restricted.

I'll gladly take an increase in the A/S over a R/S any day.
