I think you havn't done any DD at all... the company does not need to raise any money. they "officially" used less than 10% of their backing, and probably abit more for commercial/artists/spokesperson. Their backing is 10million bucks, so, I'm sure they have plenty of breathing room seeing how this is a website - not costly to maintain once it gets set up.
