Hi Shaef In my opinon like all my posts I believe that Steve set up TATFs in a way that holds him legally free against individuals coming forthright,(scam by design??)reread all of owners agreement that we signed with all disclosers and warnings.He has covered most everything.Well planed? Although he has abandoned his resposibilities he crafted it so that he is basically resposibility free.
Out of the 15 or so properties listed in the CR property registry under his corporate number listed indicate that they are his farms.
I genuinely believe that few investors will ever recieve wood or money at all after 25 final year harvest because almost all of us have never recieved listed payments up till now. Sending Sherry more money may alow one to have trees cut?
By Agreement at final harvest all he's basically agreed to do at year 25 is harvest teak trees and the land left is his.The stumps are his and will regrow rapidly and yield logs again TATF is off hook. Along the way TATF will continue to lure new investors with projected payments advertised for 7?,10,13,17 20,25 years.
TATF may be one of the most succesfully designed traps of all time.Johhny apple seed would be proud.
