Thanks specul8. I had a very nice conversation with Lawrence. He seemed very candid. He also seemed to be sincerely optimistic about the future. He said that they had 40+ patent applications pending and one granted. He said they were obviously very cautious about protecting their intellectual property. He said they were working hard on financing as well as trying to improve their PR. I certainly came away with the impression that the improving stock price was helping with negotiations. It was also clear to me that they had turned down financing in the past because the terms were not favorable. My impression is that they are looking to an outside firm to help improve their PR and getting the science out which may explain the exageration in the Keystone release.

At this point I will definitely hold for the near term and probably buy on any weakness. While I could certainly have been fooled, I came away from the coversation much more optimistic. I might even add at the current price.
