Cburg,

Here are my videos you asked about.

Here is my installation video of the Hydrogen Generator that I installed on my 2004 6.8L Gasoline V10 Ford Excursion.

The first video is my install.

Here is the google doc I created to keep track of the mileage.

The next video is the video I took with my phone and sent to the guys at Highline. I had some issues with the programmer and wasn't able to adjust settings. I also had a leak on my Air Conditioning Condenser coil. So I chose not to run the hydrogen generator until we got to Colorado, where they guys at Highline were shipping me another one to my destination point. I chose to not run it as well, so that I could get the baseline readings of my fuel consumption. I plugged the generator in on my last stop in Kansas, so that it would be producing some hydrogen for my mountain climb into Colorado. The CPU was preprogrammed to draw for the hydrogen cell 2.5 Amps of power from the battery.

Anyway here is the video the day we started our trip, and I shared with Highline showing the issues I was having, and how I installed all the pieces, and to show them it was producing some hydrogen.

This video is the documented evidence of the gas mileage as well as some of the vacation incase there were any doubts. LOL Anyway on my drive to Colorado, I couldn't run the A/C because of my leak in the condensor coil, I lost all of my refrigerant and did not want to burn up my compressor. So the mileage I got with out the AC was not so great. I got to Kansas, and plugged the unit in, and got 14.8 Miles per Gallon making the climb into Colorado. Which I thought was pretty impressive. The rest of the mileage after driving around the city of Denver was with the AC running and I still got better mileage than without the AC on the trip to Denver. I have been in contact with Highline and I have a little more testing to do at 60MPH, cause most of that drive during my vacation was between 70 and 75 MPH.

Last video of the drive back to Pennsylvania. Sorry if some of the editing is screwed up, it's hard to fit all this stuff in under 10 minutes that youtube will allow.

My MPG test of the HLNT hydrogen generator, the night of June 24th on my 6.8L V10 Ford Excursion.

Check out this video on YouTube, I just made it last night when I went to work. I know 15.19 MPG does not look great at first glance, but the fact that I have never been able to produce that high of an MPG says a lot. I still have a lot of tinkering to do to try and get better, but this is an average 2 To 2.5 MPG improvement over what I normally get on similar driving
