Any positive news is HUGE for ACLH. How can you not realize that. They have been silent for the last month coming off the suspension. It's a PR that shows they have a contract that will generate income. Also shows they have worked with big time companies and that includes BP. If this were still at .05 it wouldn't be big but at .005 hell yeah it's big.
