Not true Neo. Just go to RB. Check out the exchange between
Percy and Larry. Percy is a slimeball IMHO.
I agree with those that say he probably sold his entire position during this last run up and is trying to shake out some weak hands. His attempts to create doubt for current shareholders are VERY clear IMO.

Larry, on the other hand, just has an axe to grind with present management.
Disgruntled and mad as hell would be my guess.
