If everyone looks at all the lies this company has spread over the years, such as when the water will be available, they would not invest and realize this is a SCAM. Touchard is a scumbag scammer as are the rest of the managemen(I use the term lightly).
Stay away from this scam! It will R/S once again soon and there will never be water produced.
